My old water heater was giving me trouble and it was clearly time for a replacement. I was hesitant at first, but decided to shop around and get a few quotes. I ended up calling Bravos Plumbing, and from the moment they answered the phone, I felt more at ease. Adriana was incredibly patient, answering all my questions—even though I had a lot! She explained my options clearly and scheduled a free, no-obligation estimate.

I was given a time frame of 9–12, and sure enough, the plumber (Jorge) arrived right on time. He inspected my water heater and went over several replacement options with me. What I really appreciated was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He made me feel comfortable and genuinely seemed there to help.

I decided to go with a tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I had taken "before" pictures, but the new install looks amazing and super clean. Jorge did a professional job, cleaned up after himself, and even hauled away the old water heater.
